The image of a computer person can be quite geeky, a nerd with strange habits and questionable social skills. This tends to sometimes be correct but more importantly we need to communicate with you, our customer, in a meaningful way without the mist of terms that give no real input. Less geek more real.
When dealing with your IT it’s best to know the person at the end of the phone or who you have met. Good IT support is about being personable and we believe that no matter how big our business grows, you always have the same person who deals with you
Sadly, your key contact is allowed holidays etc, this means you have to sometimes deal with someone else. No matter who you talk to they will have a reasonable knowledge of your site and can still help regardless and with the right attitude.
All of our staff have specialist knowledge in particular areas, a good analogy is that some like football and some like rugby, but each can interchange and understand a reasonable amount about both.
