All the events that happen surrounding your IT is recorded, not only as a record that we can search for any recuring issues but as a record of what has happened so that we can report to you what is actually going on.
To keep proactive support in place, we ask for a monthly, quarterly or yearly fee that estimates your usage, this gives you a number of prepaid tickets each month that delivers any support as an inclusive cost. Thereafter additional support is charged per ticket, thus allowing you to control cost and making the deal as fair to both sides as possible.
